Our homemade and buttercrust breads are the two types of a traditional white bread that we make.

Vienna

Our Vienna bread is a softer crust than a traditional Italian bread but a crunchier crust than a traditional white bread. Vienna comes in a variety of types: original white, poppyseed, sesame seed and everything.

Rye & Salted Rye

Our rye bread is one of our best sellers! If you enjoy rye bread, consider giving ours a try!

Rolls are a big hit around the dinner table, especially during holiday seasons. Call to place an order to have rolls made especially for you and your family!

Baked Croissants

Baked croissants are a customer and baker favorite. Typically available in the store daily, this is an item that should be ordered ahead of time to be sure you get your hands on them. These are also available fried as a breakfast (or dessert) favorite on Saturday's or by pre-order.

Zwiebach

Our twice baked sweet bread is nostalgic for many customers. This is softer than a biscotti but harder than toast and easy on any stomach. This has been an option for teething babies for generations.
